BELFAB PRO H-BEAM RODS
DOMESTIC and SPORTS COMPACT engines
Our connecting rods are fully machined to guarantee the removal of all surface imperfections in the forging. After heat treatment, each connecting rod is 100% magnaflux inspected and hardness checked, then machined to final size. Each set of rods is balanced and then shot peened to achieve the ultimate in strength and fatigue properties.
The BELFAB Pro H-Beam Rods are the lightest racing rod in weight without sacrifice of any strength. BELFAB Pro H-Beam Rods is forged in separate processes of rod and cap for optimum internal grain flow and structural integrity. The BELFAB Pro H-Beam Rods are perfect for Domestic small blocks and big blocks engines producing 800 to 900+ HP and the sports compact engines producing 600+ HP
The BELFAB Pro H-Beam Rods incorporates these features:
Rod and caps are shot peen for stress relieved,
Big and small ends are cross-ground by Sunnen Honing machine,
Weight control within sets ± 2 grams in set,
All rods equipped ARP 3/8” (small blocks) 7/16" (big blocks) 8740 190,000 PSI cap screws for extreme strength for racing application,
Silicone bronze bushed for floating pins, wrist pin bushings are made to withstand high impact forces,
A third hole is drilled at top of small end to bleed air in the aerated lube system
Premium grade moly base lube is packed in every set
